Coaching is a high contact service that requires degrees of mutual knowing, liking, and trusting that can't be gotten through lead magnets and email subscribers. On the other end of the spectrum, giving out free sessions as the primary way to develop new clients can be time-consuming and carries more opportunity cost the higher the rates you charge. But there is a middle ground that allows for quality client generation while at the same time minimizing the time and energy cost of free sessions.
